Search Functionality in WordPress

I need to implement an advance search functionality in wordpress. I have some custom post (Doctors directory). I want a search filter where there will be two input field like the below image. I want to get suggestion according to the speciality type and in another field i will input the state. Is there any plugin or whats the best method to do this
