When you say admin search, do you mean WordPress admin search or Relevanssi admin search (Dashboard > Admin search)? By default, WP admin search does not use Relevanssi, so that isn’t a measure of anything. Relevanssi admin search is more revealing.
Is everything set up correctly in the front end? Relevanssi has an index?
Thank you for the response Mikko. I mean (dashboard > admin search) and I tried both the default method and switching to Relevanssi (both work). But on the front-end, this link — If I do a website search it will not work only when relevanssi is activated (weird?). Relevanssi does have an index. I am not sure if everything is set-up correctly in the front end wasn’t involved in the whole process and am trying to troubleshoot this. I will try with query monitor to see if I am able to narrow down the issue a little further to be able to fix it.
Thank you I had narrowed it down to the theme builder with query monitor and it had to do with post grids. Found an article in the knowledge base on a related item with postxpro and compatibility and found a fix that worked!
