Hi there,
Under Settings > Reading, check the number of posts set to display per page. Try matching this number with the total number of products displayed on your product archive page, which currently seems to be set to 12.
Thanks, Alvind!
You mean setting this to 12?
I tried it, but the same error persists.
Have you tried resaving the permalinks?
Or do you have a custom query applied to the archive, similar to what’s discussed in the topic below?
Yes, I resaved the permalinks. They look as follows. I already reset all of them to default.
And no, I didn’t apply any custom query.
Any further ideas?
As I ran out of ideas, I set the number of rows per page to a decently high amount (30) to prevent pagination in the first place. Not ideal but a working workaround.
I would be interested to know what the root cause of this problem is, though.
Hi there,
disable all other plugins aside from Woo and GP Premium and remove any child theme to see if there is a conflict or if theres a plugin or php function thats messing with the permalinks
Thanks for the hint, David!
I just switched themes to Storefront, and you are right, the same issue there.
I am glad it’s not an issue with the GeneratePress theme! 🙂
