I’m helping a family member build a website for their local service-based business (think plumbing or welding). Given the specific nature of this project, I think React or something more custom is probably overkill.
My primary focus for this project is on SEO, considering the majority of leads for this business will come from organic traffic via Google. With that in mind, I’m wondering about the best approach for building something like this for a one-time gig.
Should I opt for a lightweight theme like GeneratePress or invest in a premium template that I can edit or something else? Keep in mind I value time over money in this situation and don’t really need anything for long-term WordPress development.
