So, I’m working on this WordPress site for a restaurant, and I want to make sure they can easily showcase their weekly specials without needing me to jump in every time. I’ve set up couple of things using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and Frontend Dashboard plugins.
I’ve done my homework on using ACF and Frontend Dashboard to let owners handle their specials right on the site. They can write up and tweak the specials themselves, which is awesome.
But here’s the snag: I’m struggling to figure out how to automate the whole updating process every week. I want it to be smooth sailing without needing someone to manually go in and make changes. I want to have a drop down menu on each day and whatever they choose automatically updates. Any ideas on how to make this happen within WordPress?
If you’ve got any tips, plugins, or bits of code that could make this process a breeze, I’d be super grateful for the assist!
