Seeking: social share plugin that posts to Mastodon & Reddit (with share count)

I’ve been using Grow by Mediavine because it used to offer a Reddit share count. It’s dropped it, which makes it less desirable. I’m seeking a social share plugin that offers a Reddit share count (there may not be any).

Also would like a plugin that offers posting to Mastodon. I may not get this functionality from a single plugin. But I’d welcome recommendations of plugins that offer both; or offer one or the other.
