This looks like the conflict with the third-party plugin, or template overriding can be the cache issue as well.
So we recommend first go to the filter set and hit update test if it is working, then go to the cache clear it all update the filter set one more time then check if it is working. Check if you are using template overriding functionality and remove it for the testing.
If it won’t help install the clean WP with the default 2021 theme and test if it is working normally, then step by step add your plugins and theme in order to understand which one is causing this issue.
