Hello there
I need a client portal that allows invoicing, payment gateways, ticketing, etc.
I’m willing to use it for selling services (web development, automation , marketing and design services)
I’m inclined to WordPress as I used it for years for blogging and ECOM purpose.
However, I think it will cost me so many plugins to customize it to my needs, also many plugins mean slower WordPress AFAIK.
And also, I don’t know which plugins to use for this purpose and whats the simplest approach to achieve this
If you have any suggestions, recommendations, or advice will be appreciated.

WordPress is mainly intended to blog with. Not saying you can’t do more with it nor that you couldn’t do this in WordPress, but I personally wouldn’t do it and build some MERN app instead.
WordPress is not best solution for it but its doable. If you have time build your own from scrach. We decided to use ActiveCollab for now until we build our own. There are plenty of other solutions too.
Why not do it manually?
Wave – invoicing / payments
Hubspot / Salesforce – tickets
Wordpres is not made for this although I’m sure you could figure out a way to do it
