Hello,
I recently did a migration from Mailchimp to Sendinblue, so I changed the newsletter signup form on the site.
However, once filled in with name, surname and email, and clicked on “subscribe”, nothing happens, but the dot at the top continues to spin as if to load a confirmation that never shows up.
By checking among the Sendinblue contacts, in fact, the registration of the new contact does not take place.
I ask how I can do to fix this problem, because if customers can’t subscribe to the newsletter via the form, the entire Sendinblue service is useless to me.
