Separate web page for adding orders (without access to /wp-admin)

One of the Pro features of the phone orders plugin is to have a separate web page for adding orders (without access to /wp-admin).

We have the Pro version of the plugin, but how can we access the separate web page for adding orders (without access to /wp-admin)?
