Server crashing when large image is uploaded into WordPress Media…?

I have an AWS Lightsail 2gb 2vcpu box that keeps crashing and requiring manual reboot. Extremely annoying. I don’t even have any users on the website right now so there should be enough resources.

Any idea what could be happening?
