Server overloads because my Website keeps requesting a missing file

Hello I have weird error. I keep getting the following log:

[12-Oct-2023 15:10:05 UTC] PHP Warning: file_get_contents(https:// example.com/accessories-elementor/wp-content/uploads/sites/6/2021/09/wd-pointer.svg): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found

This overloards my server to the point I cant even acess my website.

Why is this weird ?

First of all the files exist, they are in a slightly different directory (https:// example.com/accessories-elementor/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/wd-pointer.svg), but they have always been there. And this error only started in the 6th of October. Only noticed this yesterday because the server overloaded a lot.

Second, is that I don’t even use this file anywhere as far as I am aware, should this even happen if I am not using those files ? They were basic placeholder images that came with the layout.

I aprecciate any help on how I could solve this.
