Unfortunately, it is impossible and the plugin doesn’t have such a feature.
The only possible way is to create 3 shipping methods.
Method 1: for both of cat A and B and set apply method to: Apply this rule and disregard other rules. In the conditions, you should check both of categories or packages are in the cart.
Method 2: for cat A
Method 3: for cat B
The method 1, rule should be on top of other rules (top priority) with “Apply mode: Apply this rule and disregard other rules”.

Hey there, thx for your quick reply!!! As i have about 50 categories, this is impossible, because that would cause thousands of rules.
