Set individual booking appointments

Hello,

I'm hosting my website on the German provider IONOS. They offer the BookingPress Plugin. I'm trying to figure out how to set individual appointments that people can book via my website. I don't want to set working hours and general time slots, but specific dates and times where people can book an appointment. I know calendly offers this, but to do data protection laws I'm restricted in what I use. I'm in the health services, so we have strict lawys.

Does the plugin offer this feature? Unfortunately, the IONOS support couldn't help me.
