Setting up a WP shop to sell certificates. Is there a plug-in to have a customer enter information and output a certificate of completion upon sale?

Want to sell certificates. The users can buy the item, and then enter their name and info and poof–output is a PDF certificate that they can download, or I can print and mail to them.

[This seems close, but instead of a gift voucher I want it to be a PDF 8×11″ certificate])

I feel like I’m close to finding something like this as a plug in but haven’t found the right thing yet. Any suggestions?
