As the staging site is hosted on the same server where the live site is, you can use the live site’s SFTP login credentials. If you have used the default settings to create a staging site without modifying the destination folder, you will find a folder with the name of the staging site in your live site’s root folder.
This is the folder that you need to open via SFTP to access the staging site file structure.
