Shipping Flat rate is rounded to Integer (No Decimals)

Can you submit a Systems Report by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report and then come back here and paste it into a Code Block. Something tells me your settings in the main area aren’t set correctly.

Please also take a screenshot of that area if you can too bitte. Specifically this area

Also please notice, that another user in this forum has the same issue which indicates that is has something to do with the latest WooCommerce Update: https://projectdmc.org/support/topic/incorrect-shipping-costs-after-update-8-4-0/
