Hey there,
We’ve been having an issue where we add a shipping method and the first one we add then dissappears (but still shows on the website). So for example;
I create a new region (netherlands), I add free shipping and it comes on and immediately removes itself. Now I can’t edit it, and my customers can choose free shipping. If I add another free-shipping, it works but the old one is still there. Same goes for Local pickup and Flat rate. 
In this example above, I firstly added Local-pickup. Then added flat rate, and then added free shipping above 75. As you can see, Local-pick up is not there.. however when I refresh something and click ‘save changes’, it seems to be there for a second before disappearing.
I’ve deleted all the shipping information and re-made them, but I get the same results constantly. This is also causing our page to crash at times (note: we run performance hosting with 4gb PHP memory).
