Hi. I am currently having trouble on my website’s checkout process. I am using both UPS and USPS live rate plugins. Whenever I go to checkout, I can enter in the shipping information, but the shipping rates do not show up. However, when I refresh the page and re-enter the shipping information, the rates appear.
Additionally, my shipping rates sometime get stock on the UPS 2nd Day Air Option and will not let you change it.
Any idea as to what may be causing this and how I can fix it, so potential customers do not bounce from my site?
