Certainly! Even if your customers checkout as guests without having a customer dashboard to log in to, Advanced Shipment Tracking (AST) will still send shipping information to them via email.
Once an order is shipped, AST automatically sends a shipping confirmation email to the customer’s provided email address. Then, when tracking information becomes available, another email containing the tracking details will be sent to the same email address.
Rest assured, your customers will receive updates on their orders without needing to access a customer dashboard.
