I’m new to a company that is using Shipstation and WooCommerce. One task I’m doing daily is manually inputting a tracking number into the ‘parcel panel’ once the number is generated. Is there a way to automate that?
There’s a way to do it, I think the tracking is through dhl for everyone. CX will get tracking and shipping notice when labels are printed. You need to get with a SS rep and sort it out. It’s more details than a forum post provides.
