I understand that you are using the Directories Pro plugin and are experiencing issues with the “Shop” page and Buy Now buttons missing, is this correct?
To clarify, if you deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, does the issue persist, or is the issue a direct result of the Directories Pro plugin itself?
If the latter, I’d suggest reaching out to the Directories Pro plugin developers for further help with this, as support related to third-party plugins/themes is outside our scope of support.

On the other hand, if the issue is still present when the Directories Pro plugin is deactivated, please can you do the following:
- Navigate to WooCommerce → Status
- Click on Tools tab from the top left area
- Scroll down to “Create default WooCommerce pages and click on Create Pages
This should hopefully resolve the issue with the missing Shop page.
Additionally, please can you share a copy of your sites System Status Report so that we can have a better understanding of your sites current environment.
You can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you have this, please share the results with us here.

I feel a bit sheepish but I now realise if I had just read the documentation for Directories Pro a bit more it explains why there’s no shop page. This is me all over. Rush in lol. So I think I’m OK but thank you, thank you, thank so much for your feedback/help! It’s great to know this is here. Next time I’ll read everything before freaking out 🙂
