What exactly do you mean by “not showing up correctly”?
The shop page looks fine from my end. See my screenshot below.
When I’m signed into admin and access the page from there it shows up how you see it. But someone showed me a screenshot of how it looked to them and when I access it from incognito mode, this is how it shows up – see above. The menu is messed up and there are no photos.
Check your browser’s developer console.
Do you see any errors there?
I wasn’t sure what it was so I google it. Is this what you meant?
Your screenshot shows JavaScript errors from the Autoptimize plugin.
That might be related to the display problem you’re seeing, as I don’t see these errors at my end when I check your site.
In your screenshot, I also see the specific error message “Astra is not defined”, possibly referring to the Astra theme (or a related plugin). But you’re currently using the Storefront theme, not Astra.
This makes me think you have some stale/old cache that needs to be flushed.
So I’ll recommend you flush all the caching mechanisms on your site: I see Autoptimize, W3 Total Cache, and Endurance cache (this is likely to be in your hosting control panel).
I cleared all cache from the hosting settings and I cleared the Autoptimize and W3 Total Cache plugin caches. But the problem still existed. But there was a notification in Autoptimize saying that W3 Total JS and CSS optimization is also enabled and could cause conflicts so I disabled JS and CSS optimization in Autoptimize and it’s working now.
