Hello,
We don’t have the shortcodes for the widget, you can simply insert it in elementor editor and authorize, your posts will be displayed after you provide token.
As of second request sorry but we don’t have this feature, you have to create some custom functionality to achieve that or check if elementors sections have any conditional logic which will be suitable for your needs
