I sent you a message about this on your website contact form, and then read the guidance above and felt like a complete idiot, so apologies for raising my issue in the wrong way.
Ok so with that out of the way, my issue is this.
I am having difficulty with how the shortcode for chatbot displays or outputs the ai name, placeholder and button text.
If I copy and paste the example shortcode from your website it displays correctly, but if change anything or indeed write my own then it doesn’t display properly.
What happens:
- The ai name, Placeholder, button text gets a “ at the beginning
- It only outputs the first word, enter a character space and it won’t show any text beyond that space.
- Or it reverts to the defaults.
I have also tried this on a fresh install of WordPress and get the same result.
Any ideas?
