Hi, the last person who has worked on my websites is no longer available. I need a new site similar to the older ones, and the guy who I am currently working with seems to be asking for too much. I have seen his portfolio, so I know he has experience, but I am still worried. I shared all my other wordpress domain login info so he can see themes and other stuff, but he says he cannot use them to create the new site. He says he needs to create a new wordpress instance for the new site and point the domain to the new wordpress site in cpanel which he claims is only accessible in my host account side. Is this true? To be honest, I don’t know who my host provider is, how do I proceed?
