Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
In the Free version of the plugin, there is no such option. In the PRO version, you can do this with the help of the redirection filter.
So for example you place a filter on the home page and choose in the settings to redirect you to the shop page, when you choose a filter on the home page and hit the apply button you will be redirected to the shop page with the chosen filters.
