Show/hide password button for toggle password visibility

Hi, I saw in the recent release changelog the following:

* Enhancements:
  - Added: Show/hide password button for toggle password visibility

How do I make this available to my users? I can’t find any way to change my password fields to include it on a form.

I tried looking up the documentation, but the only mention I find are these release notes in the plugin files. There are a few topics on this forum pointing to a broken link for a 3-year old tutorial to set it up, but it doesn’t seem like the native UM development mentioned in the release.
