Show leasing options alongside purchase

Hi

I sell commercial coffee equipment, many of my customers pay upfront, but others prefer to pay monthly over 3 or 5 years. I am looking for a way I can promote the 'cost per month' on the website alongside the outright purchase price. Like maybe three prices, rather than just the one.

I know I can probably do this using variable products and getting them to choose 'outright', '36 months' or '60 months', but was hoping for something a bit easier than that!
