Advanced Ads provides targeting for all ad formats, using the display conditions, in your case the condition for “specific pages”. This condition can be used to include or exclude ads from pages.
Please see this manual about this condition and other options to limit the appearance of your ads for pages or post types.
The popup placement is included in the Advanced Ads All Access bundle as a separate add-on for Advanced Ads. It is not part of Advanced Ads Pro.
