Show posts by low to high/high to low value custom field.

Let’s say we’ve got 500 WordPress posts. Each post has a custom field (ACF) which is a numerical value. If I wanted to have a toggle button that shows the posts in order from the original date order OR low to high value OR high to low just using the numerical value assigned via that custom field, what would be the best way to do that, if that is even possible at all?
