Unfortunately, no. It’s currently not possible to have shop managers or other staff roles to see wholesale prices in your store.
What you could do is create a test or dummy account that has the wholesale role. From there open another page via incognito or a new browser and view the wholesale prices: How Can I Test Wholesale Pricing? I’m Logged In As Admin And Only See Retail Prices – Wholesale Suite (wholesalesuiteplugin.com)
