Showing wrong preview when sharing link while running a SEO plugin

Hey guys.

I'm pretty new to building websites and encountered a wired problem that I'm most likely to dump to solve myself. So I hope for a little crowd-wisdom.

As mentioned, the website I build, shows the wrong picture in the preview when I share the link, for example in a iMessage, or other messengers.

I checkt the settings in WordPress, and everywhere is the correct picture.

But as soon as I switch on a SEO Plugin like Yoast SEO, the preview picture shown with the link gets wrong while the settings in WP are still the same.

As far as I've researched the topic so far, it's most likely a problem with old cache datas. But I didn't find a way to clean the websites cache. I tried "WP Fastest Cache"-Plugin, but it doesn't seem to do anything.

Any help with this would be highly appreciated!!! Thanks.

If you need any further info to get to this problem, please let me know. As mentioned; I'm an pure amateur.

Edit: the used WP Theme is OceanWP and the Website is build with Elementor
