Thank you for using Filter Everything plugin.
In general I have to say that it is experimental option and it works only on themes, that support WordPress code standards. If this option casuses issues on your site it means that it is not compatible with your theme and just don’t use it. There are a lot of ways to move sidebar to the top on mobile devices via CSS adjustments.
But as I see it now filters on mobile devices on your page already are in the top part and it seems all works fine. I hope you already solved your issue.
