We have a sign up form on our footer where the submit button doesn’t do anything. The footer form only works on this specific page: https://www.themicrocapnewsletter.com/sign-up/
I’m not sure if there’s some hidden code that’s preventing the submit button from working elsewhere. I’m using the shortcode provided so it’s the same form being loaded into the footer of every page.
