We started using the plug in a couple of days ago. I’ve used it previously with no issues. I am now encountering two:
- The senders list on the right of the page will not update unless I manually update the page.
- I have added a gmail address as a cc for the petition to be send to. However, that address is only receiving a small number of the letters (47 out of 170ish). Some people have said they have not received the bcc. They are not in the spam folder of my email address. The backend shows all the email addresses and signers.
We’ve just launched the campaign and are worried not all the letters are being sent to city councillors.
