Hi, I am really liking the plugin but I have a problem. I have spent 3 days trying to stop simultaneous logins. Doesn’t seem to work. I can log in from 4 different devices at the same time and all show the protected content.
I have created a paid plan. Activated the protection on the page using the “restrict content” box at the top right. Selected the level that can see it. I am not using a short code on the page, just the option at the top right of the page.
The “prevent simultaneous log ins” button in general settings in “on” (blue).
Everything else seems to be working ok. If someone types in the page url directly the restricted content blocker works ok.
Could it be because I’ve said when someone logs in take them directly to the protected page? I am really stressed about this. I know it is 95% great. I just need to solve this. Am confused as the “prevent simultaneous logins” setting doesn’t seem to make any difference.
