Single page conflicts

[ad_1]

Help! I’ve been stuck on this all day! I have a very budget-conscious client who doesn’t want to pay for plugins, page builders, or themes. The cheaper, the better. It’s a non-profit organization, and I took this project to gain experience and potentially get more clients in the future.

I decided to use the free version of the Blocksy theme because it received a lot of praise, and Ferdy had good tutorials about it. I started with Elementor but realized that I need the paid version for dynamic data. My client mentioned that on the old version of her site, she used Beaver Builder with an activated license. So, I copied the site and built it using the Blocksy theme and Beaver Builder.

Now, I’m facing an issue because the single page of a custom post type I created conflicts with the single page template for that custom post type in Blocksy. The Blocksy theme template doesn’t fit with what I’m trying to achieve, so I made a template with Beaver Themer. However, it always falls back on the Blocksy template. Does anyone have a workaround for this?

P.S. Budget-conscious clients can be really challenging!
