Hi guys, as much as I want to Google search this issue I do not even know the right term to use. Has anyone encountered this before?
When I am logged in and click the link of the post it is displaying like this. No top bar whatsoever. Here’s the [link]).

This is not the answer, but I once saw someone comment “just make a page called posts”.
Obviously that’s for an archive, but if you want a new single page template there is a plugin that can help create one, or you can create a child theme and create your own.
If you get stuck you could replace the code from the theme file (download as a zip) and replace it.
Depends on how technical you are tbh.
For the top nav menu it could be specific to that template, are you using a page builder or a theme that changes templates?
Do you mean the wp-admin top-bar? There are plugins that can hide that as well as hiding it with CSS.
_Obviously we won’t be able to see there admin bar anyway, if we’re not logged in like you are._
