Site and edit pages do not load – outside my skill set

I created this website about 2 years ago for a project I created with a nonprofit. The site has not loaded in about a year but as I was no longer actively doing the project, so I ignored it. I am getting back into the project and even with Google and the help pages, I can’t figure it out. I’m novice at websites and have learned from my volunteers and YouTube. I edit with elementor and the edit pages are also not loading. I cleared the cache and updated all the plugins. The theme I’m using is Sydney is that’s useful to know. I do not have any coding experience. The website does not ever go to an error code page. The 2 yellow circles just bounce up and down in a loading fashion
