You can still log in to the backend, can’t you? Then you can also deactivate all plugins there. This would also be my recommendation for this case, because there is no obvious server error, but the output simply breaks off in the middle at the beginning of the HTML code. This sounds very much like a problem caused by one of the plugins you are using.

Oh thank you Sir! LIke I said, I’m very new to the product and when I saw the post about using phpMyAdmin, I assumed I would need something else.
I disabled the Akismet Anti-spam: Spam Protection (first plugin in the list) and the site is now back up and functional! Anyone know if this is a known crummy plugin? When I try and re-enable it wants me to setup an account.
