I was hired to redesign the website for a local business and the server/site seem to be very slow and often times when I do things like try to restore from a Backup from something like the WPVivid plug-in, or install a new theme, the site will go down. Consistently, I have this issue. But what confuses me is that a sub-domain I have running a cloned WordPress site of that main domain is working fine? Why would that be? I know that’s perhaps more of a server question than I WordPress one but I’m confused.
