I installed a plug-in and it broke the whole wp-admin portal as well as the website. I am getting an **HTTP ERROR 500**. I went to access the FTP to disable the plugin but I have no idea what the username and pw is or how to find them since the wp-admin portal is also down.
Is there another way to get the FTP credentials, the wp-admin credentials doesn’t let me login to [wordpress.com])… I have no idea what to do. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
