I am on the Neve theme however, when changing to other themes this issue is still there. So it isn’t about the theme I guess.
Basically, my website layout is all scrambled up, not looking how it did before. And when I click “edit page”, “Your site doesn’t include support for the “themeisle-blocks/advanced-columns” block. You can leave this block intact, convert its content to a Custom HTML block, or remove it entirely.” appears above where all the blocks are supposed to be.
What triggered this issue: In the past, I tried changing my URL through general settings, which triggered an error 500 for whatever reason. A support person fixed this issue, but left the site with another issue (the current one I’m talking about).
I looked it up online, and only ONE result out of all of google pops up. It’s a guy from over 2 years ago complaining on wordpress.org with the same issue. And he had the Neve theme as well. BUT he did end up resolving the issue, saying “It seemed to be a problem with the temporary domain / tls cert wasn’t configured properly”.
I’ve gone to 8 different bluehost support people about this issue. each one took about 2 hours and nobody helped at all.
I tried clearing out my history and opening it in safari instead of chrome. didn’t work.
Does anyone have ANY advice on how to fix the issue at all?
