Hello @bronko59 and thanks for getting in touch. Site Kit provides Dashboard Sharing which allows users with the Administrator user role to share a restricted view of the Site Kit dashboard, WordPress Dashboard summary widget, and admin bar with other user roles, including non-administrators.
This is only for WordPress roles as you have stated so you will not be able to use this feature to grant access to WooCommerce roles. Dashboard Sharing does allow you to share Site Kit statistics with custom created WordPress user roles so you could create a new role WordPress for shop managers and share what you need to this way.

Okay thanks for the fast reply. I found a solution by installing the plugin “Members” which allows to set more than one user role per user. So if I share the Site Kit dashboard additionally with the role “contributor” and set the desired user as 1. Shop-Manager and 2. Contributor, the statistics are now visible.
