Site looked normal last night. This morning it’s a mess live even though it’s fine in preview. Cleared browser(s), problem is still there across devices.

Cache problem.
View the errors in browser developer mode and you’ll see no CSS is loading.
its not loading a bunch of CSS, it looks like WordPress Optimize is minifying them but they are not being served.
i would suggest turning off CSS minify in WPO settings to see if this helps, if your logged into WP its probably not showing you the minified version so use incognito mode or another browser to see it as a user.
