Hi everyone
I’ve installed a subdomain to my main page host my astrophotogrpahy site that used to be hosted independently with a different provider.
The site was downloaded and saved as a tar.gz file. I had no issues extracting it and installing it to the subdomain and resetting the config for the new database at the new provider – so far so good. I open it up and wordpress is there but none of the pages, menus post content is showing. I can see all the photgraphs are in the wp-uploads folder but the site looks like a completely new install.
Clearly I’m missing something but i don’t know what I don’t know. its installed wp and thats working but why isn’t the content of the site? What did i miss please.
