Site rendering issue after loading. Appears completely broken and incorrect after initially loading correctly. What could be causing this, and how can it be fixed?

It appears to load correctly at first. After a moment, it appears has an obvious issue which results in it displaying incorrectly. I assume this will appear for anyone who clicks. And it happens on Desktop and Mobile.

Any ideas what could be going wrong and how I can fix?
