Site title needs to be off-center in editor to be centered on the live site. Why?

Hey, all. I am a rookie at this so sorry in advance. My site title needs to be off-center in the editor for it to appear centered on the live site. I have tested the site on my phone and two different browsers, and it appears to look correct, but it is wonky in the editor. What am I doing wrong here?
