Whenever I open the site from any browser, it stucks in loading loop, but after hitting refresh, the site will open. I tried in different browser with cached clear , and same result.
I deactivated all plugins and changed themes to default too, but across all browser, edge and chrome the same problem repeats.

Are you on a japanese host or something in Asia?
What i can see:
1. Your site response time is somewhat slow at 700ms
2. You have a shitload of various styles and scripts being loaded, and most of them render blocking. (jQuery and jQuery migrate alone takes a combined 2 seconds, there’s a lot more than just those two)
3. You have a lot of renderblocking assets that takes a lot of time to load (fonts and images, including one that took 15 seconds for me).
4. Since your site is covered until all assets are loaded, that’s likely the reason why your site isn’t popping up for a good while upon load.
